can you reduce the transportation accident during refuge?
Remember the TV of the two Fukushima Genpatsu explosions.
Can you stay in your house? I can't.
I want to make the same question to Katsumata,Takekuro,Muto
the former TEPCO leader of Genpatsu operation.
Every one want to escape from Genpatsu explosion area.
For those who died during their transportation for refuge,
can you still support them if they stay the hospital
with less doctor, less nurse, no electric power, no water,
no people living near by?
Staying the hospital was not a good choice at all.
The reason why they have to die is, there was no preparation,
no plan for the emergency escape, and too fast and quick moving.
Moving more slowly with so many supporters was needed.
So, 100msv up is no meaning to force to stay in your house,
in your hospital. Same as if it is 20msv or 10msv.
your 100msv garden?
There is a common knowledge, that even a very small radiation
there still occur a damage to your health.
So there is no meaning to make a limit, 100msv or 20msv, even 1msv.
ICRP should eager to open the health risk for each radiation.
Depend on that information you can decide to return or not.
And under 100msv area, it is a safe green place! Almost everywhere in Fukushima, it’s a safe place!
Gradually future people will think Fukushima Genpatsu accident was not so sever one.
But, It's a lie! I Don't agree.
